AWS Marketplace subscription and billing

AWS Marketplace manages billing for Stally contracts purchased through AWS Marketplace. Stally does not collect payment details for those contracts.

Understand the contract

Stally uses a SaaS contract with a domains dimension. The purchased quantity is the maximum number of monitored domains provided by the contract.

View subscription status

Open Settings in the Stally dashboard to review the available AWS Marketplace contract information, including:

  • Subscription status
  • Purchased monitored-domain quantity
  • Contract expiration
  • Last entitlement verification
  • Marketplace reference

If the status is expired or requires action, review the subscription in AWS Marketplace and contact Stally Support if the dashboard does not reflect an active contract.

Change the contract

Use AWS Marketplace to change or renew the contract. Stally cannot collect a separate payment or move an AWS Marketplace customer to direct billing as part of the Marketplace setup flow.

Configuration changes can take time to appear while Stally synchronizes the latest AWS entitlement.

Cancellation and refunds

AWS Marketplace manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests for the contract.

  1. Open the subscription in AWS Marketplace.
  2. Use the available contract or subscription controls.
  3. Contact AWS Marketplace buyer support if you need help with a charge, cancellation, or refund request.

AWS Marketplace determines whether a refund is available. This documentation does not promise refund eligibility, proration, or a particular cancellation effective date.

When an entitlement expires or is deprovisioned, Stally synchronizes the subscription state and may restrict access to the purchased capacity.
