Get started through AWS Marketplace

Follow this guide after purchasing a Stally contract through AWS Marketplace.

What you need

  • An active AWS Marketplace subscription to Stally
  • Access to the email address that will own the Stally account
  • The domains you plan to monitor

The purchased domains quantity determines how many domains your Stally account can monitor.

Set up a new Stally account

  1. Complete the Stally subscription in AWS Marketplace.
  2. Choose Set up your account from the AWS Marketplace subscription page.
  3. Confirm the purchased monitored-domain quantity shown on the Stally setup page.
  4. Enter your first name, last name, company, and work email.
  5. Submit the setup form.

Stally verifies the AWS Marketplace contract before accepting the setup details. AWS Marketplace manages billing, and Stally will not ask for credit-card or bank-account information during this process.

Wait for account provisioning

The Stally team creates the account within one business day. Account access is not immediate.

When the account is ready, Stally sends sign-in instructions to the work email submitted during setup. The email should contain the username, password setup or temporary password instructions, dashboard sign-in link, and next steps.

If the email does not arrive within one business day:

  1. Check the spam or junk folder.
  2. Contact Stally Support.
  3. Include the registration reference shown after submitting the setup form.

Use an existing Stally account

If you already have a Stally account:

  1. Use Sign in to Stally from the Marketplace setup page.
  2. Contact Stally Support to request that the AWS Marketplace contract be linked to the existing account.
  3. Include the Marketplace registration reference or AWS account information in the request.

Do not create a second account solely to connect the Marketplace contract.

First steps after signing in

  1. Open Domains in the Stally dashboard.
  2. Add the website you want to monitor.
  3. Open the domain's Widget page to review its configuration and API key.
  4. Install the accessibility widget with the WordPress plugin or JavaScript.
